About the event
Simona Blat is a writer living in Brooklyn and the owner of Black Spring Books, an independent used bookshop and social space in Williamsburg.
Caroline Hagood is the author of eight books, most recently Weird Girls: Writing the Art Monster, Death and Other Speculative Fictions, and Goblin Mode: A Speculative Memoir. Her work has appeared in the Los Angeles Review of Books, Electric Literature, Creative Nonfiction, LitHub, the Kenyon Review, the Huffington Post, the Guardian, Salon, and Elle. Caroline Hagood is an Assistant Professor of Literature, Writing, and Publishing and Director of Undergraduate Writing at St. Francis College.
Francisco Márquez is a Venezuelan poet with work in The Yale Review, Poetry London, Best American Poetry, and The Slowdown podcast. The recipient of fellowships from MacDowell, UCross, and the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, he lives in Brooklyn.
