Welcome to this thriving community of creatives in historic Ditmas Park. We are a space for connection, expression, and all manner of intellectual pursuits. Become a member of Brooklyn’s best kept secret, The Urbane Arts Club. Here’s what membership includes:

  • Access to the space: Mondays - Thursdays, 10am to 6pm & Fridays, 10am to 4pm​

  • Private workspace available in our three spacious bedrooms upstairs.

  • Communal workspace available in our parlor rooms, ballroom, front porch, and back courtyard.​

  • Discounts on our exclusive arts events from immersive theater & writing workshops to jazz nights & Urbane-hosted courses from the Brooklyn Institute for Social Research.​

  • Wifi and black & white printer provided.

  • Coffee, tea, and seltzer are available daily.​

  • Access to a fully functional kitchen space, including a fridge.

  • Cubbies in the coat room and bike storage in the courtyard.​

  • Two guest passes per month.

  • A monthly happy hour with fellow and prospective members.​

  • Evenings full of community events at your fingertips (ie. literary readings, art exhibitions, and film screenings).

Membership fees

  • 1--Year Membership: $1,320, collected in two payments of $660 on February 1st and August 1st. If you join outside of this dues cycle, you'll simply pay the monthly difference of $110/mo upfront to get on track. ​

  • 1-Year Non-resident Membership: $660, collected in two payments of $330 on February 1st and August 1st. For folks visiting from outside the five boroughs.

  • 1--Month Membership: $125/mo

  • Couples Membership Discount: ​With one membership comes a half--priced membership for your partner.

    • 1--Year Membership for couples would be $1,980/yr or $990/6mo

    • 1--Month Membership for couples would be $187.50/mo

  • Day passes available for $25/day

  • Inquire about group discounts on membership for organizations
