Sum of Light celebrates the instinct to create. Each piece is an inspiring, singular stroke of light, adding itself to the greater sum, reminding us that art is hope. Art is power. 

The Urbane Arts Club is thrilled to offer its century-old walls to the alumni of The Art Students League of New York. From vibrant still life portraits to mesmerizing abstracts— the work on display captures the imagination, demands attention, and makes our Victorian mansion a home. 

You're invited to join us in launching this luminous showcase, which will be on view for six months in our parlor rooms. Let's gather together in the heart of Ditmas Park for what’s sure to be a dynamic evening of art, conversation, and mingling. Maybe you’ll even take home your own piece of light to brighten your walls.
