About the event
Hermine Meinhard’s second collection of poems Nights Moving Through The House is forthcoming from Tupelo Press in 2028. Her first book Bright Turquoise Umbrella, also published by Tupelo, was a finalist for the Poetry Society of America’s Norma Farber First Book Award. Her poems have appeared in The Nu Review, Calul Journal, American Letters & Commentary, Barrow Street, Stone Poetry Quarterly, and San Pedro River Review among other journals, with work forthcoming in Lily Poetry Review and The Westchester Review. A founding member of New York Writers Workshop, she teaches writing and poetry at New York University and the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan. herminemeinhard.com
